Krisztián Guttmann Co-founder
Krisztián Guttmann co-founded jDesktop in 2016. He is responsible for it’s day-to-day-operations, as well as leading the initiative’s product development and technology strategy.
Krisztián holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the College of Kálmán Kandó and a degree in computer science from the University of Óbuda, Hungary. During his study he was honored by the Scientific Students’ Association and won creativity special prize at the same time in the field of Information Technology.

Gyula Guttmann Co-founder
Gyula Guttmann co-founded jDesktop in 2016. Today, he directs special projects based on jDesktop development environment. His main area of focus is environmental sensing and dataprocessing related to perf
orming high cell density fermentations.
Gyula received a Masters’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Debrecen, Hungary and He also spent 6 semesters at the same University as a Chemical Engineer. Currently he’s a Research Associate at Glycom A/S, Denmark.

Mariann Kovács – Marketing manager
Mariann joined jDesktop in 2016, as marketing manager. She oversees the planning, development, and execution of jDesktop’s communication, advertising and marketing activities.
She is Environmental Expert with MSc degree, graduated from the University of Debrecen, Hungary. She spent a semester on a scholarship in Oldenburg, Germany. During her studies this was a great opportunity to widen her perspective and helped gain experience in a multicultural environment.
Currently she is living in Frederiksberg, Denmark.
